In addition to the "Member Terms of Service and Use" the following "Purchase Agreement" will be followed by all Members.
When purchasing a file from MotionGrafix, you accept the "Member Terms of Service and Use" either on behalf of yourself, your company, or your client. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or client, you must be allowed to accept legal agreements on the company’s or client's behalf.
All refunds are subject to the approval of MotionGrafix. Members may be eligible for a refund, at MotionGrafix reasonable discretion, for any of the reasons listed below. If a refund is approved, MotionGrafix will refund Member’s payment as a credit to the payment method used to purchase the Content.
An individual download may be eligible for a refund if it meets any of the following criteria:
-Duplicate Purchase: If an identical file and size is purchased multiple times.
- Failed Download: If there is a technical problem preventing the successful download of the Content. This may include a corrupt file, unexpected removal of file, or site technical difficulties. MotionGrafix customer service must be contacted and provided up to 1 business day to resolve the issue before a refund request can be processed. Refunds cannot be issued for Member technical problems, including browser, compatibility, or connectivity issues.
- Poor Quality: If there is a flaw in the file which does not meet MotionGrafix professional quality standards. Contact customer service on +44 (0) 1803 390660 and if MotionGrafix cannot resolve the problem a refund will be issued for the image in question.
